Linda Hough
Linda is a licensed minister, Thorough Format minister, qualified Healing House Minister, public speaker and seminar presenter with Restoring the Foundations International. Her passion is to see people from any life situation have their lives and destiny restored, as the Lord brings healing and freedom. She contends that no problem is too hard for the Lord and she ministers with confidence and authority and has seen many set free. She has a heart for the New England region and continues to support Renee (her daughter) and Jimmy in their efforts to expand RTF further and train teams of ministers in area churches. Her willingness to serve the body of Christ to contend for healing in individuals extends to New England. She lives in Fort Wayne, IN with her husband Greg. She has four children and 14 grandchildren, a great-grandson and counting.
Leroy Case
A native of Northeast Ohio, Leroy moved to Connecticut almost 12 years ago with a Pastoral Studies degree from Moody Bible Institute. After 8 years pastoring the hearts of middle and high school students at a private prep academy as a chaplain, he currently partners with Christian leaders throughout the Northeast to help facilitate collaborative relationships. His passion is to cross organizational and institutional boundaries for the purpose of systemic Gospel transformation in this region of the country. His heart beats for empowering the next generation, wanting to see them walk boldly in their God-given identity and calling. He has been instrumental in development of Anchor & Key leadership formation and continues to invest his pastor's heart to oversee care and accountability for its leadership and direction. He is the newly appointed Executive Director for the non-profit organization, dotLife, and is partnering with The Luis Palau Association on a New England wide evangelistic initiative over the next few years.
Kendal Dobrra
Kendal is an attorney in the banking industry and brings her strengths to be used in the body of Christ in many unique ways. Her spiritual journey brought her to Renee and Jimmy in 2018, and she has been discipled by and walking with them ever since. Kendal is passionate about people receiving lasting healing and helping the body of Christ function in the most efficient ways. She has been instrumental in creating the "Freedom Connect Group" model and continues to be Renee's counterpart for strategy and effectiveness for expansion of RTF in New England and beyond. She is a recently certified Issue Focused Minister with Restoring the Foundations ministry and has received radical healing herself. After over a decade in Connecticut, Kendal currently resides with her husband and two sons in her home state of North Carolina.
In ministry since they married in 1985, Mark and Pam have experienced the isolation, pain and challenges often associated with leadership and years of multi-cultural ministry. Out of their own broken and healed marriage, they journey with others in their unique ministry style, even as they enjoy and continue to strengthen their own healthy relationship. As a certified life and marriage coach, Mark has coached several hundred ministry leaders with a unique style that puts them at ease while bringing safety, discernment, and wisdom to difficult situations. It is his joy to pastor leaders. Pam is passionate about shepherding people in their relationships with God, themselves, and others. She enjoys opportunities to teach practical relationship skills and is a sensitive and skilled marriage coach. They are a part of the Life Impact family.
Mark & Pam Taft
Bill Jefferis
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Economics and Math from Duke and his MBA from Harvard, Bill spent 27 years in the banking and investment business but his real passion is discipling and empowering high capacity Christian leaders and organizations to become all that God has created them to be. He has been applying his corporate and financial skills and experience to the faith- based world to catalyze real change for the Kingdom of God that is lasting and skillful as well as strategic. He has also personally served as a leader and trainer in T-Net training centers in four African countries over the past 10 years, implementing graduate level education and mentorship for local pastors. He has served on the board of Converge Northeast Denomination for 6 years. He LOVES New England and has been a resident for over 35 years.
Andre Riendeau
Andre came to Christ in college and was immediately developed in an atmosphere of intense discipleship through The Navigators. His spurred on a life-long zeal to be involved in making fully-devoted disciples of Jesus Christ. He did this in the business community while working for The Travelers for eleven years and has continued during his time as a pastor at Wintonbury Church since 1998. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of New Hampshire and graduated with a Masters of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary in 2008.
Andre also has a passion for the unity of the body of Christ in the Greater Hartford region. This commitment has been shown through years of prayer with local pastors and with the founding of The Hartford Project, a one-week, youth immersion in the city of Hartford. André loves sports and plays the guitar and loves spending time with his wife, Diane, and their two sons.
